Logitech has no solution for this and it appears to be a Windows issue, not Logitech issue. It still shows as a mouse in device manager, connected devices and in devices and printers. I then plugged in a wired mouse to navigate with and then tried installing it again. I tried showing all hidden devices and removing old onesĪnd even removed existing to be sure. I also have a Logitech wireless mouse that shows up as the exact same thing. Note that it did NOT show as a "Logitech" device. After researchingÄevice manager I found that it was showing up as an HID-Compliant Mouse. Prior to the upgrade my Logitech Wireless headset worked fine and installed with no issues or problems. I have an Acer Aspire X1470 PC that came with Windows 7 pro.
